Traditional Use Of EVOO In Presto Pesto

Our Presto Pesto is concentrated! For the best flavor and to preserve this excellent product, please add 14 OZ. of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) to each 14 OZ. container for most recipes.  For topping a pizza, after it is cooked, only 1 tsp.of evoo is necessary for 1 T. of pesto.

For Chicken, Fish, Pork Or Steak please use a ratio of THREE parts EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) to TWO parts Presto Pesto.

  • Pesto Mayonnaise
  • Sour Cream (For Use as a vegetable dip)
  • Cream Cheese (For Pinwheel recipie use Dill Pistachio Nut Pesto)
  • Pasta Sauce (Add a tablespoon of Presto Pesto per quart of your favorite sauce after sauce is hot.)
